Clinician-led weight loss · UK-registered pharmacy

Pause or stop any time.

No auto-renewal and no subscription. Your history is kept so you never start over, and a named clinician re-reads your progress at scheduled reviews rather than leaving you to it.

Starting is rarely the frightening part. Being stuck is. Most things bought online for health renew themselves quietly, go silent after the first delivery, and make leaving a phone call you have to psych yourself up for.

So the honest question, the one that stalls people for months, is not whether treatment works. It is what happens if it does not suit me, and how hard it will be to stop.

Curate answers that in terms rather than reassurance, and the terms are published on their own site. This page is those terms, read out loud, plus what actually happens at a review.

The commitment, in plain words.

Two men talking on the steps of a front door

"No auto-renewal. Pause or stop any time; your history is kept so you never start over." That is their sentence, not our paraphrase of it.

Read the second half again, because it is the part with practical value. Stopping does not delete you. If you come back in four months, the assessment, the clinician's notes and the reasoning are still there, so you are not starting from a blank form and a first-time consultation.

Pay as you go rather than subscription is published as one of their six service pillars, alongside named clinicians and discreet delivery.

What a review does

The loop that keeps it honest.

A plan that nobody re-reads is just a repeat order. Here is what a scheduled review is for, and where you can end it.

Your planthe review loopyou can stop hereScheduled review

Nobody renews a plan they have not read.

If suitable, your plan is assembled to you and delivered discreetly, with scheduled reviews that re-read your progress and move the plan on your data.curatehealth.co.uk

Before any of that, somebody has to say yes.

A clinician reading a patient assessment on a tablet

None of the above starts automatically. "Completing a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Our UK-registered clinicians review every request and prescribe only where clinically appropriate."

The assessment reads "symptoms, history, goals, and the markers that matter", with no product pre-selected before you answer, and the published review window is 48 hours.

Which means the commitment you are considering is a consultation. Everything after it is a clinical decision made by a named person who has to justify it.

Who reads your reviews

Named, registered, and findable.

The prescribers are named and GPhC-registered, and the registration numbers are published so you can check them on the register before you trust one.

The questions before you start

How do I stop?
You pause or stop at any time. There is no auto-renewal to cancel, which is why stopping is a decision rather than a process.
If I stop, do I lose everything?
No. Your history is kept so you never start over, which means a later return begins from your record rather than from a blank form.
Is this a subscription?
No. Pay as you go is published as one of their service pillars, and there is no auto-renewal.
What happens at a scheduled review?
A named clinician re-reads your progress and either moves the plan on your data or does not, and explains the reasoning either way.
What if the treatment does not suit me?
Tell the clinical team at or before your review. A clinician can adjust the plan or stop it, and that decision is theirs to make and explain.
Does consulting mean I will be prescribed treatment?
No. Completing a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. UK-registered clinicians review every request and prescribe only where clinically appropriate.

The exit is part of the design.

A five-minute confidential consultation, read by a named UK clinician within a published 48-hour window. If it is not suitable they will say so. If it is, you can pause or stop whenever you decide to.
