Will I definitely get a prescription?
No. A clinician decides, and sometimes the answer is no. If it is, you'll be told why. Completing a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
Am I signing up to something I'll forget to cancel?
No. Pay as you go, no auto-renewal, stop whenever. Your history stays, so you never start from scratch.
Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. It's a written assessment and nobody rings you. A named UK-registered clinician reads it against eligibility and safety criteria, then approves, adjusts or declines, and explains why. Software never prescribes.
Will anyone be able to tell what's in the parcel?
No. Plain packaging, nothing on the outside.
What if it isn't right for me?
A clinician tells you so, and explains. That's the part that makes the rest of it trustworthy. Eligibility and safety come first.
